License Grant
When you purchase a digital 3D model from Nordic Raven Studio, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased model according to the terms described on this page.
The purchase of a digital model does not transfer ownership or copyright of the original 3D model. All intellectual property rights remain with Nordic Raven Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Permitted Uses
You may use the purchased 3D model to create physical products for personal or commercial purposes, including 3D printing, casting, CNC production, and other manufacturing processes.
You may sell, distribute, or otherwise commercially use physical products created from the purchased model.
Prohibited Uses
- Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital files.
- Upload the digital files to websites, file-sharing services, torrents, or other public or private distribution platforms.
- Include the digital files in another digital product, model pack, library, or collection for redistribution.
- Claim the original 3D model as your own work.
- Resell or distribute modified versions of the digital files.
Commercial Production
Commercial use of the physical products created from the purchased model is permitted. This includes manufacturing and selling finished jewelry or other physical products based on the model.
License Restrictions
The license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or resold to another person or business. A business that purchases a model may allow its employees or contractors to use the digital files solely for the business’s authorized production and projects, provided that the files are not redistributed or made available to third parties outside the business.
Ownership and Copyright
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the original 3D models remain with Nordic Raven Studio. Purchasing and using a model does not grant the purchaser any ownership rights in the original digital files or the underlying design.
The purchaser may use the model only within the rights granted by this license. Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Nordic Raven Studio.
License Violations
Any unauthorized copying, sharing, redistribution, resale, or other use of the digital files outside the rights granted by this license is prohibited. Nordic Raven Studio reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to unauthorized use or distribution of its digital products.
